Business operations for wholesale — without the spreadsheet chaos
Orvia is a web application built for wholesalers, distributors, and hybrid retail/wholesale businesses. It gives a business one place for inventory, orders, clients, invoices, and payments — with the structure and audit trail that spreadsheets and email can't provide.
What Orvia does
- Inventory and stock — products, quantities, low-stock thresholds, and receiving.
- Orders — per-business order numbering with a full order lifecycle.
- Clients and invoices — client records, invoice statuses, payments and allocations. Every business gets its own document sequences; money is tracked in integer cents with integrity checks.
- Supplier catalogs — upload a vendor PDF catalog, review the extracted rows, and commit them into your product database with version history. A catalog import never touches inventory; you decide what happens.
- Workspaces — one workspace per business. Data is tenant-isolated by design, and member invitations are role-scoped.
Who it is for
Businesses running operations on spreadsheets today — typically a handful to a few dozen staff — who want one system they can trust: per-business sequences, clear audit history, and no double entry between tools.
How we build it
Orvia is built as tenant-isolated software: every business-scoped query is bound to the workspace from the verified session, money is always integer cents, sequences have database-level backstops, and supplier catalog imports never silently mutate your inventory. Production releases pass a fixed release-gate checklist before the public site and product go live.
